I almost forgot. I am starting up a product review feature on this blog. Of course I will be reviewing the new bike and parts but, I will also be accepting products for review.

This week I received a saddle from a friend at Velimpex (the importer for Selle San Marco). The saddle is a Selle San Marco Gus R. The Gus is a DH saddle but the Gus R is Selle's XC edition. I have installed the saddle on my rigid SS for the test.

At first glance, you immediately notice the flatness of the saddle. The top of the saddle has definite ridges on the sides including a seam on one side. There is also a strange Titanium plate at the back of the saddle.
