Turkey day, Turkey Day....

I am off to Daley Ranch for a T-Day ride then it's up to Redlands for the FFF (Fluffy Family Feast). Rumor has it that the 'stache will be there including the entire Breyer family collective. Good Times...

We shipped out a shite load of socks today, over 30 boxes. Nice.

The question is camo or sycip?

This week is my first full week at SG, even though it's a short week. The transition has been rough, stressful and exciting all at the same time. SG has been very supportive through it all.

I am very excited to settle down and get situated at work. I am still in newby mode running around, not 100% comfortable with all the processes. Ryan says he'll give me another week to get comfortable, Gee thanks....

The Holiday socks are in! We only ordered ten dozen of each style so they are very Limited Editions. We have the Reindeer sock in white, the Santa sock in green and my favorite the "HO" sock in red. Call your local dealer to order yours!

Socks on my feet: Crown Crew
Music playing: Soul Coughing "Unreleased"
Food in mouth: Thai Peanut noodles
Bike in the stand: Kelly Knobby X

Thanksgiving is soon....I haven't made up my mind where I am going, as usual, but I am sure it will be excellent.

Until next time.....

For some reason I woke up this morning and drove to OC today. Is it Saturday? No one is around. Warren G isn't even here yet...

Oh well, guess I'll catch up on some BS still here....

I've started work on some Pro Bike Support merchandise (Custom baselayers with my logo and socks), SockGuy go figure.

I have started specing the new ride (although I haven't even ordered the frame yet). NO SHIMANO!

SyCip
Hope
SRAM
Crank Brothers
Chris King
FOX
RaceFace
Etc.

It will definately be a great addition to the stable.

G Out.

This is my first (sortof) week at SG. I have printed up enough custom baselayers for a lifetime... Beep, beep, beep....

So far so good. The guys are great to work with, the atmosphere is perfect for my sense of humor. Plus we all ride in to work so we have that in common.

We have some killer socks this year plus, look out for the "Holiday" socks on the way.

I am looking forward to saturday night. The whole gang of Fonzies Devils are getting together at stubbies. Unfortunately I have to work at C5 in the morning to train, so no ride for me. It's going to be a couple weird weeks for my transition.

Gots to git back to work,

G

I smell new bike.....

Next week is the first week of my new job at SockGuy. I am excited beyond belief. I worked last Friday but, working one day doesn't do it justice. The guys have good senses of humor, I think I will fit in fine. We got along pretty well last Friday. I am working tomorrow as well. I can't wait to ride in. No traffic, no gas prices and no road rage.....

Is everybody going to the Swap Meet? SD Velodrome Sunday be there.

Cinnamon Star and I are riding our SS road bikes Saturday. I bought a new accessory for the Javaboy. Next time you see Java look for the newness....

That's the way it is.

This past weekend flew by.

We MTB'd on Saturday, I rode the Double Dribble again. I need to get my will back so that I can start riding the Diesel again, maybe this weekend....

I worked Tech Support for the CAF San Diego Triathalon Challenge on Sunday. Basically I drove around in circles along the course helping people with flat fixes and other basic repairs. I really enjoy it, it's a good group of peep's. I have ridden basically that same coursea hundred times and I can't imagine having the strength and will power to battle up those climbs in a handcycle. After my last loop I headed back to the expo area and hungout with the SockGuy's (and Gal) as well as my serrogate mom KS. We sold some socks and helped teardown the booth. Good times.

I was eager to get back to the shop, unload my car and head home to eat my rabbit food but, I was talked into drinking a few pitchers instead. Hey at least I forced down some chicken tenders, I can't believe they are fat free!

I am back at work this week. Got to go.....

Talk to you soon,

G
